VIDEOS: Mortal Kombat's Fatalities Before & After!

Thursday, April 23, 2015 - 22:38

If you are in your late twenty s then you will definitely remember the 1992 computer game Mortal Kombat! ...such a classic game!

A game filled with bloody violence but most importantly, it's fatalities! of which you had to press numerous number of keys to perform the respective fatality of the character you are playing with.

According to Ed Boon, the co-creator of Mortal Kombat, the success of the game was due to the different style of fighting which included crazy moves that they'v put in like fireballs and all the magic moves that each character could perform, and yes, that is why we loved it so much!

Let me refresh your mind with some of the fatalities and moves I am talking about of which I used to spend quite some time trying to figure out how to perform it.

Warning! Graphic Content ...which was not so graphical at that time though :)

Nostalgia anyone? ...I know I have :) especially when you hear the "FINISH HIM!"

The game started to evolve and eventually within three years a trilogy of the game was published and by 1997 Mortal Kombat 4 was released of which, in my opinion, was the best Mortal Kombat ever made. The majority of you will probably remember this version of the game mostly, so here are all the fatalities from Mortal Kombat 4 in this video for you to enjoy :)

Warning! This might be a little bit more graphical then the previous video :)

Since then, 18 years have passed and Mortal Kombat has now evolved into an amazingly beautiful graphic game with much more details and more brutally detailed fatalities :)  ...the name.... is Mortal Kombat X.

Have a look at some of the new moves and fatalities of this latest version, released on the 14th of April 2015.

Warning! The graphics got very realistic so some of you might find this very disturbing :)

As you can see it's definitely not for the faint hearted.
That's it guys....go and enjoy the game and remember not do those moves at home! :)
